Didn’t receive an invitation email to upload your slides?
All speakers can access their personal dashboard via: ACS File Upload. Simply enter the email address registered in the abstract system, and you will receive a personal link to upload your files.
An issue may occur if you are trying to register with a different email address than the one known in our system. In this case, please contact us.
If you still do not receive a personal email, we kindly ask you to reach out so we can work together to find a suitable solution.
Session chair
Please note that the Oral Presentation Sessions do not have an officially appointed session chair.
We would therefore like to ask the first speaker of each session (lectures with a code ending in “-1”) to take on this role, if possible, with the support of another speaker from the same session. We kindly request that this is coordinated among the speakers during the 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
Should a speaker be unable to attend, the resulting time may be used for additional questions and discussion or to accommodate any schedule overruns. We would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the session runs as smoothly and effectively as possible.
For your convenience, the full programme, including presentation titles, abstracts, and speaker details, can be found in the mobile app and on the conference website.
Presentation guidelines
All oral presenters have recently received an invitation to upload their presentations via the Presentation Management System.
If you have received an invitation that is no longer applicable because your role as a speaker has been withdrawn, please let us know whether your presentation has been cancelled or will be delivered by another speaker.
Please note that the deadline for uploading your presentation is 3 July. In the meantime, you will receive several reminders if you have not yet made an attempt to upload your presentation.
Last-minute updates to presentations can be made on-site in the Speakers’ Lounge. However, we kindly request that all first versions be submitted before the strict deadline of 3 July 2026.
Important requirements
During IAGG 2026, we warmly welcome you to the Speakers Lounge, located in the Holland Lounge. We kindly ask all speakers to report there at least 2 hours before their session begins. In the Speakers Lounge, we will guide you through the presentation process and give you the opportunity to become familiar with the system, serving as a form of general rehearsal.
If you are scheduled to present early in the morning, we recommend visiting the Speakers Lounge the day before.
