Francesco Mattace-Raso is Professor of Geriatrics at the Erasmus MC University Medical Center of Rotterdam. He chairs the division of Geriatric Medicine and is Principal Investigator of the Vascular Aging Science Center Erasmus MC. Main research interest is to investigate the causes and consequences of age- related cardiometabolic changes, on this field Francesco Mattace Raso has an international leading role and is author of milestone studies and coauthors of guidelines and expert papers.
He is member of the Full Board and chair of the SIG Cardiovascular Diseases of EuGMS and Co-Director of the international course on cognitive disorders https://micog.eu.
