Jacqueline Schuur

Jacqueline Schuur is a consultant geriatrician, working in Tergooi Medical Center, a large teaching hospital in the middle of the Netherlands. She dedicates her working life as a teamplayer improving care for the elderly throughout the hospital, like introducing a dutch variant of the HELP volunteer program, designing and setting up a multidisciplinary memory clinic and the geriatric traumatology department. She also enjoys teaching young collegues and sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm about geriatrics with them. She has a specific interest in dementia, end of life topics and medical legal issue.
