Jolanda Lindenberg is a senior researcher at the Leyden Academy on Vitality and Ageing, a multidisciplinary knowledge center in the Netherlands dedicated to improving the quality of life of older adults. At the Academy, she leads the projects in the research theme focusing on Inclusive ageing. Trained as a socio-cultural anthropologist, together with her team she engages in research, education and projects around ageing well, the social position of older adults, retirement transitions, intergenerational connections, and an inclusive society for all older adults. She is also affiliated to the Leiden University Medical Centre, dept. of Public health and primary care.
