Dr Reuben Ng is a behavioral and data scientist at the Lee Kuan School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He spent 20 years in government, consulting, and research. In government, he was in the Singapore Prime Minister’s Office driving evidence-based policy-making through AI and Smart Nation strategies. In consulting, he co-built the advanced analytics practice at a top firm, and implemented complex analytics capabilities across the healthcare value chain. In research, he is an expert in ageism, aging policy innovation, quantitative social sciences, and credited with creating innovative techniques to measure societal perceptions applied to policy communications. His work was honored with the 2025 Advocate of Aging Award, Baltes Award in Social and Behavioral Gerontology and the Harkness Fellowship in Health Care Policy and Practice.
