After receiving the application form, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the requested items. The total amount has to be settled before April 1, 2026. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged up to 4 months before the IAGG Congress. Thereafter, the full amount will be charged if the reservation is cancelled.
