In this 3-hour onsite program, you will experience The Hogeweyk firsthand while gaining insight into the Hogeweyk Care Concept and the Be Advice Paradigm®. Through real-world examples, we demonstrate how a transformation from a medical to a social, relationship-centered model can deliver both high-quality care and meaningful daily life for people living with dementia.

The Hogeweyk is a 25-minute taxi drive from the Amsterdam city center. If you come by taxi, then Uber is a cheap(er) alternative for the regular taxi.
Weesp is also easy reachable by train. A 25-minute trip from Amsterdam Central Station to Weesp (4 trains per hour), followed by a 15- minute walk.
